September 13,2017	First day of teaching: Topic: Anyo ng Globalisasyon	Discussion, group/collaborative work	My students are smart, I let them to discuss their difference idea about Globalization, and I let them draw it in the ¼ manila paper their idea. I realized that students learned even more when you first relate it the lesson in their daily lives.
September 14, 2017	Topic: Multinational at Transnational Companies Picture analysis	Lecture	Students get bored while listening to pure lectures or no participation of them, I innovate our lecture by providing pictures and let them to analyze it. I also made our discussions fun and enjoyable but the essence of the topic is still there.
September 15, 2017	Topic: Outsourcing 4 picture and 1 Word	Discussion, analysis	Now -a-days, I realize that students are more eager to participate if they were given something, a reinforcement like recitation chips who are answering correctly. In the help of praise and recitation chips my students affects the performance of my students.
September 18,2017	Long quiz # 1		Evaluating students’ learning through paper and pencil test quiet cliché but it is one of the most effective way together with group or individual performances. I evaluate my students’ learning by letting them answering questions like how why.  I make sure my students not only deal with enumeration and identification type of exam because these are knowledge level only.
September 19,2017	Checking and Recording Day		As I checked their notebooks, I saw some of my students are great in taking note. I mean they knew what information are needed to be written are remembered. Some of them knew how to summarize the lesson. I learned that the students does not want long lecture or writings.
September 20, 2017	Topic: OFW Bilang Manipestasyon ng Globalisasyon Interview of difference students in the campus has family member outside the country, and reporting the data they gather.	Discussion and Analysis, Group activity	Teaching is a vocation but let’s admit it, it is also really stressful sometimes, I realized teaching is also innovation. A teacher should make ways to engage his/her students to participate. I realized that using differentiated activities will measure students’ capabilities.

I learned that the students does not want writings and readings

November 22, 2017	Topic: Tugon sa mga Isyu sa Kasarian at Lipunan	Discussion and lecture	As educator sometimes it’s hard to explain the certain topic in your class like in my subject most of the topic is controversial and sensitive to talk about and not everybody understand why we need to transfer this kind of knowledge to our students, but as a teacher we need to do it for the sake of our students. I believe being ignorance is the expensive thing in the future, why? Because if you are not educated you are always follow certain thing even it’s not good in time, you not find other thing to made your life get better

I can say this day is not perfect but unique and a day to remember.
