Reflection
Making a lesson plan is
always included in every life of a teacher, others say this is a “Bible of the
teacher’. My demonstration teaching is like my ordinary teaching, the only
difference is we make use the power of power point presentation and projector.
Our everyday class routine
in Contemporary issue was always “Awesome day ever’’ in our class , has no
limit to flow of discussion , sharing knowledge and sharing personal experience
in the class.
We always had a fun class
and that was reflected in my final teaching demonstration. I encouraged
students to participate and not afraid to share their difference ideas.
My Final Demonstration was
anchored to my lesson plan like other lesson every day, but the application of
it is not totally like in lesson plan because I believe lesson plans are not
for script that needs to be acted out every single of it, because lesson plans
is a guide for teaching effectively. I
called my Final Demonstration not demo but a simple day have biggest impact to
my career as a teacher, this is one’s a life time experience of mine and I am
proud of it.
No dry runs happened because
I want to everything of my Demonstration is a surprise. My students ask me if
okay to check their performances before demo, I said, “No, amaze me in the day,
I believe in you that you can.’’
My Final Demonstration
teaching is not perfect but it’s pure of hard work, creativity and uniqueness.
I am also thankful to the teachers who supported me and critic my lesson plan.
